Tracking Orders

Delivery Status

Upon placing your order, our system notifies you via email with the order details. Once My Teknology Computer Inc. has shipped your order, we will send you a new email with the tracking details plus the courier used to transport the order. To check the status of your delivery, click the weblink contained in the email (if present). If your shipment is overdue, please consult the carriers tracking information which contains the most up-to-date information.  If you would like to contact us, please wait 24 to 48 hours after the due date before doing so as most overdue shipments appear within that time frame.  Customer Support.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Contact Customer Support immediately.

We'll do everything possible to accommodate your request, however there may be a possibility that your order has already been shipped.   Once an order has been shipped to you or from the distributor to our retail store in the case of pick up orders, it can no longer be cancelled.

How and when are confirmations sent out?

Order confirmations are sent out via e-mail automatically. You will receive an order confirmation usually within minutes of placing your order. You will receive your shipping confirmation once your package has been shipped from our warehouse indicating that we've shipped your order. The shipping confirmation usually includes a tracking number if the carrier provides this service.

I didn't receive an order and/or shipping confirmation. What do I do?

If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact our Customer Support department to verify we actually received your order.  Issues with the internet can interfere with us receiving orders.  Shipping confirmations are not sent until the order is shipped.  If you have not received a shipping confirmation within the time frame of the shipping service you selected, please review your order online for any changes or updates or contact our Customer Support department.

Why was my order backordered and when will I receive it?

My Teknology Computer Inc. uses state of the art technology allowing you to view the inventory status of manufacturers and distributors across Canada to determine if a product is available.  Unfortunately, information can occasionally be incorrect - this is beyond our control.  After processing your order, we may find out that the inventory was not accurate, the product was damaged, the source showing stock was priced higher than acceptable, or the the item was the wrong colour. In such a case, we will notify you via email that the item is on backorder and do our utmost to fulfill the order as soon as possible. If you would like us to cancel the "unshipped" item, contact Customer Support.

How can I check the status of my order or track my package?

If you would like to check on the status of your order or track your package(s), just log into your Account.... go to and click on "My Account". Enter your Account No. and Password and then go to "View Order History". This will show you all the orders you have placed along with shipping status and tracking details. Check Orders and Shipments

Tracking your order is simple. All you need is the Order Tracking Number and carrier used from the email we sent you when notifying you that your order was shipped.

Click on the appropriate carrier and proceed to track your order.
